Grandma's Huckleberry Cheesecake
Crust:
1 1/2 c flour
1 c chopped walnuts (or pecans)
3/4 c butter
Cut in and press into 9x13 pan
Bake at 325 for 25 min.... Let cool
Filling:
2 pack cream cheese
1 1/4 c powdered sugar
1 c cool whip
Splash of vanilla
Cream and smooth on cooled crust, refrigerate
Topping:
2 c huckleberries
1T lemon juice
3/4 c sugar
1/4 c flour
Boil and condense... Cool most of way then spread evenly on cheesecake
